The AC was a lifesaver in the heat.
My experience was disheartening. The hotel was dirty, and I encountered roaches on my first day. The front desk staff had attitudes that made me feel unwelcome, making my stay even more uncomfortable.

Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast!
Had a pleasant experience! The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruits and pastries. Interactions with the staff varied, but several were genuinely kind and attentive. Make sure to grab your breakfast vouchers at the front desk first. The location is quite central, perfect for exploring San Miguel.

Not recommended for families looking for peace
Also had a decent king size bed and nice cocktails at the bar.
It wasn’t inexpensive but the experience made it feel like it was.

The breakfast buffet was incredible and so filling. I enjoyed the chic black and white cocktail bar—it was stunning! However, the rooms really need an update as they felt old and worn out.

Our family stayed comfortably in a Double or Twin Room, and the AC was a lifesaver in the heat. The staff went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed. We loved the delicious breakfast each morning, especially the variety on the menu. Plus, being so close to the Old National Theatre was a fun bonus for us and our two sons.
My kids wished the pool had more activities.

The central location really stood out, making it easy to explore various shops and restaurants on foot. Breakfast each morning offered a delightful variety, and the attentive staff ensured I had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the shower head had issues during my stay, but the maintenance team responded quickly. The atmosphere felt welcoming, although the room decor could use some refreshing, as it seemed somewhat dated.

We stayed in a Double or Twin Room, and it was alright overall. The AC worked well, which was a major plus given the heat. The room felt a bit outdated, though—not the coziest vibe. Housekeeping seemed to keep things clean, but the towels felt kinda worn. The beds were decent in size, and the linens were okay, but nothing luxurious. Just make sure to bring your own shampoo because they don't really provide a lot of extras.
